Refund Policy

To Return or Exchange an item you are not completely satisfied with, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for another if preferred.

*original condition means same as the condition on delivery, and not planted but still in original pots supplied by Malvern Salvias Ltd.

To start a return, you can contact us at malvernsalviacollection@gmail.com. Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Costs

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Should you make a return, please note that we do not cover the shipping cost.
